If you don't want to deal directly with Svenska Saabklubben (per Bengt's suggestion) I think you also can get the bushing through West of Sweden SAAB (see classifieds.) Price is probably a bit higher but you don't have to deal with bank wire transfer fees.
Only other quirk I can think of: The front edge of the tunnel is double-skinned, and the two layers have a bracket between them which is what actually carries that bushing. (The bottom of the bracket is what supports the reinforced jacking point just ahead of the axle tunnel.) So if you've got rust problems in the part of the tunnel you can see, you'll also want to get in there and check the condition of the bracket and the inner skin. If the bracket has rusted away, there isn't much point in replacing the bushing, because it won't be connected to anything except rust molecules!
