No Oil to Rockers

I have a 1969 Sonett II with a V4 (Black motor) and I have no oil geting to the drivers side rocker arms. The motor is geting oil to the other head and it has good pressure. When I got the car the owner said it had been rebuilt so I was thinking the head gasket might be installed wrong. There is no metal in the oil but the valve train is making noise like mad.(yes the valves are adjusted right) Any help would be great Thanks Neil
