Ignition key blank is an Ilco. The code on my key is an "R" above a "61N" (or maybe "6IN"). Door key blank is a DL. The code on one side is "SB8" and on the other side is "X31". I think it is the X31 that you need. Yes, Chip Lamb has blanks if your local locksmith doesn't carry them.
Four years isn't too long. How was it stored (inside or out and what part of the country) and how much rust?
