3. Saab dealer, scrapyard.

Saturn LS, Cadillac Catera & Saab 900 / 9-3 (old style) wheels fit directly,
and inexpensive (particularly with Saturn).

2. For scratches, maybe 400$ tops to do all 4 - but you can maybe do it
yourself in less time for 1/10th of that.

1. The new run-flat Michelin PAX (developed for the Cadillac XLR) tyre is the
only one I can think of offhand, but I believe it may need a special rim,
much like the ill-fated Michelin TRX of the 1980's.

Alternative solution is to avoid parallel parking, although difficult in
downtown areas.
