Could a failing vibration damper cause the squealing, due to pulley section
slipping on the center hub? You're sure it's from the belt area and not some
kind of odd vacuum/air leak?
You've checked the brake discs for flatness/hard spots/rough spots? Replaced
them and/or the calipers (the pads might wear in the calipers, and 'click'
back and forth due to uneven discs)?
