(I have an 83 900 Turbo)It seems my driverside window doesn't go up all way. By taking the door apart, Ihave found that the gears teeth are stripped at the end. Is there any differencebetween the window unit of Saab with a mechanical knob and the window unit of a Saab with an electric motor?What I'm figuring on doing is replacing the window unit with a mechanical oneand just adding the power motor. Does anyone know what years I can interchange with?
