washer problems

I've got a 94 9000CSE with a problem with the window washer. When I go to wash/spray my windshield
all the fluid and power is routed to my headlights. Occasionally a little stream will come
out the windshield jets. My back window sprayer does not work at all. Any suggestions on
the cause of all this? Does the same motor work the front and back windows?
