Fuel gage problems
Posted by Dan Aldrich (more from Dan Aldrich) on Wed, 25 Apr 2001 10:25:39
Once again my fuel gage is giving me inaccurate readings again on my '92 900. This is the 4th or 5th time in about 4 years. Each time the problem is fixed by replacing the sending unit. Seems to work for quite a while.
The original sending unit was replaced when if failed completely. This started the annual ritual of replacing the sending unit. The fuel gage reads 1/4 off and can't get it to 'F' when I fill the tank. Anyone know a recall on this problem? Last few units have been actual Saab parts.
Thanks, -d
