I once mounted driving lights below the front bumper of a '74 99, but
it's been so long ago I forget how I did it. Sorry I can't be of more help.
One thing I can pass along: I was driving on a lonely road late at
night with my brights (all four headlights) and driving lights on. I was
stopped by a State Trooper who informed me that it's illegal to have more
than 4 lights illuminated on the front of a car at once. This was in
Arizona. Your state laws may vary. I didn't get a ticket, but now I know.
