You did bleed the brakes afterward, didn't you? If not, you probably have
some air in the brakelines. Bleed the passenger side rear brakes first, then
the driver side rear, passenger side front, and finally driver side front.
The idea is to start at the point farthest from the master cylinder and work
your way closer.

I have no experience with anti-lock brake systems, but I think you're
supposed to have the ignition switch in the RUN position (but not with the
engine actually running!) when bleeding ABS brakes.
