Message from Jerry Reynolds Subject: Re: electrical problems ================= I suggest replacing the positive side battery cable. I bought a used 94 9000CSE that was had been having electrical problems, similar to those you described. I traced it for about a month and finally while doing research on the issue, discovered a Saab tech notice about positive side battery cable failures. Testing of my cable didn't reveal a problem but I decided to replace it anyway and problem has been fixed for three years now.
Good luck...Jerry
