Hi All,
I'm looking at upgrading the hifi in my 9-3 with something similar to
the AS3 upgrade (I already have AS2), however I'm not keen on paying
dealership prices for the kit - they are quoting £600 ($900) for the
upgrade.
Can anyone tell me physically where in the car they mount the AS3 amp?
I want to see if I can find another amp that will sit in the same space.
I believe its behind the kick panels somewhere, but if anyone could
narrow it down I would be grateful. Its a RHD UK Spec SE model.
I will also need the lead that goes from the head unit to the amp? Is
there anywhere other than Saab that sells such a cable, or do you have
to make one up your self?
