Ground Effects

Thanks for helping me out with my last problem. Well I have a new question.
This morning I saw a 87 Saab 900 T parked in a parking lot with really cool
ground effects, It had a different front and back bumper, bottem pannels on
the doors, Thicker trim over the wheel wells, and some different cover over
the back air vents on the car, all of which was painted white like the color
of the car. The front bumper only seemed to have 2 ' clearance from the
road, and had places for the foglights in it. I never saw a Saab that
looked like that before (living in northern vermont most people CAN'T have
that package) I was wondering if anybody knows were I can purchace ground
effects for my car, and what the cost would be for the complete package?
Also would it look good with the ground effects painted Rose Quarts like the
rest of the car?
