  I also live in Northern Vermont, (Burlington) and I know what you are
describing. That is the 'Aero' kit much like the 'SPG' kit, it also entails
a Whaletail spoiler and the painted kit to match the car as you described.
It is a tad more expensive than buying the SPG kit from the dealer.
However, I do know that the last time I checked you can still order it.
