High NOX is caused by high combustion temperature. Most engines use EGR to
reduce temperature. Saab relies on the O2 sensor and 3 way Cat. You can
usually get thru the test by retarding the timing 5 -10 deg. and adding lots
and lots of isopropyl dry gas.
