Nope. R12 (dichlorodifluoromethane) has only one isomer. That is there is
only one possible way to orient the two chlorines and two fluorines around
the central carbon. The 'a' desigantion represents the most symmetric
isomer.

I assume that it is different than R12 (ozone friendly). Is

No such animal, though I wouldn't rule out the possibility of someone
marketing an R12 replacement under the trade name of 'R12a.' Stranger
things have happened.

R134a is the most symetric isomer of tetrafluoroethane. Two fluorines on
each of the two central carbons(1,1-difluoro-2,2-difluoroethane) R134 is
1,1,1-trifluoro-2-fluoroethane, the unsymmetrical isomer.

R12 is a CFC(chloro-fluorocarbon), while R134a is an
HFC(hydro-fluorocarbon), which due to the absence of chlorine has a lower
ODP(ozone depletion potential) than R12.
