This has just happened to me. As soon as I read the post about the bottom of the key area I remembered it has happened previously. At that time, pushing with a pen fixed it. This time...no dice. The floor of the key area pushes up and down with a pen or my finger, but the lights are still on. Ugh. Anybody have any further ideas?
