Ted Vaughn is a nice guy. When Kachina first took over from Camelback Saab, Ted was still wearing his blazer with the Cadillac logo on it. Today when I took my car in for service, he showed me all of the modifications he made to his 9-5. The other folks that I have had contact with at Kachina have also been nice (even the shuttle limo driver). Their parts guy (I forgot his name) really knows his stuff, too.

I bought my 9-5 at Camelback Saab Subaru Volkswagen, and I can say that Kachina is thousands of times better than Camelback. Camelback once had my car for two and a half weeks because they kept breaking things in the vicinity of the main repair. It was horrible.

If you are really that unhappy with your treatment, say something to Ted or the service manager. They can't fix a problem if they don't know it exists.
