What options? In the northeast, at least, I was told all the '01 9-5's (base) come loaded -- all leather, premium stereo, front and back heated seats, sun roof.

I think the only real options were the 'upgraded' paint colors (I went for a steel grey and a sun green) and the ventilated seats -- which I didn't choose because I didn't want to spring for $900 to keep my butt cool! (plus the salesman actually told me the noise of the vent gets annoying after awhile).

Maybe there's more stuff that the dealer can sell you -- like the integrated phone. But I don't need everyone in the car hearing my conversations, so my hands-free earplug/mic does okay.

There are these velcro dividers for the trunk that they sell in the catalog that I want to get, too. Other than that, I've been pretty happy for the 4 months I've had the cars.

Of course, now other respondents will talk about all the wonderful things I didn't realize I could have gotten! Perhaps you could help your cause if you mention the actual car you are considering -- the base, se or aero. That might affect the responses you get.
