Yet another reason why I do not like black cars. Your best bet with the swirl marks if they are not too deep in the finish is to have the car professionally polished out with a random orbital polisher, and then wax. Most of the improvement to the look will come with the polishing. If the clear coat is intact and you really want a good job, have a body shop wet sand the finish, and then repolish it out. If done right, you will end up with a better than new appearance, since the clear coat on many of today's new cars is where the surface imperfections are , not in the color coat.
I'd try polishing an area first to see how it looks. If you are a do it yourselfer, get the random orbital polisher and Griot's garage machine polish #2, and #3. Good luck
