First thing I would check is that the white PCV check valve is in proper working order. The first place oil will leak is the back right side over the timing cover/block area. That valve should only flow air in from the valve cover to the throttle body. If you can use a vacuum pump and suck air from the throttle body the valve is bad. When that valve goes bad, under turbo boost pressurized air will be pushed into the valve cover and cause pressure inside the engines oil system and create leaks. I have seen mechanics install new head gaskets and have the same exact leak only to find a simple PCV valve was at fault. Good luck
