It's a fact... cause the same system takes care of
the haldex clutch. This info comes directly from VW/AUDI
and was published in articles describing the system
and comparing it to a number of classic AWD systems.
All you can switch off is some of its interactions so that
it feels off... and then well your car will behave that way.
