At 136K you may well need a new turbo. Not that big a deal, it is a wear part. IMHO, the V6 is the pick of the bunch for 9-5s. Immune from sludge issues, infinitely smoother and more refined than either of the fours, and immune from sludge issues. And the turbos last far longer than the lpt 4cyl ones.
You really, really, really need to get the belt done ASAP. They are not kidding on the 60K mile interval, and you really need to have the tensioner and rollers replaced too. I bought my parts from http://www.eeuroparts.com, came to a little under $300. Had them installed at Back Cove Automotive on Presumpscot St. in Portland. With having an alignment done at the same time the labor was ~$200, so likely $150 for just the belt and tensioners. At 136K, get the water pump done at the same time, will cast you ~$80 extra. It isn't driven by the belt, but it is the same labor to get to it. Also plan on a new serpentine belt and tensioner - mine was seriously wworn at 65K, had a hole in it!
I would imagine the dealer quote you got was just to change the belt, not the tensioners too? Portland Saab wanted $600 just for the parts!
