I too was a little drawn back by the audacity of the dealer to ask for excellent ratings for everything. I felt like I only have one place nearby to bring the cars for service if anything goes wrong, and they have you over the barrel. Why not just have the salesman fill out the form for you? At least that would really be service.
I even had to initial a piece of paper about this stuff.
If you want good ratings, then you should earn them.
And the company shouldn't be so lazy as to use a half-baked survey as the basis for determining award money.
