not very fair, neither for the customer or the dealer. In society, very good means very good. On a CSI survey it means B- (80%).
It puts pressure on the customer to perform, but the largest problem is that it puts pressure on the dealer to make the customer perform. Under the current system, the dealer must inform the customer that excellent is the only answer that is acceptable (to the manufacturer). This is not a good way to foster goodwill toward your sales force. I, personally, hate the CSI portion of the sale. I can't stand having to ask the customer for a good grade, I think that it is not only demeaning to myself, but to the customer as well. I would think that it insults the consumer's intelligence. Feedback is appreciated.
Cheers,
Brian.
