Don't know how accurate the clock of my Aero is, but the previous 9-5 had no problems with the clock (I don't think I ever readjusted the time between DST changes) - and the adjustment was easy enough using RDS.
A wristwatch is accurate because the temperature is constant. If you put a watch in -30 C or +50 C (both are possible in a car environment), you'll be surprised.. Building a clock which is accurate at different temperatures and still runs at a low current isn't all that easy.
I find it funny that in the US, it seems that the most important thing about a car is not performance, safety, or the quality of driving, but things like clock accuracy, number of cup holders, or the exact location of a button which is used once a year.
