One. Find another dealer.

Two. When you find your new dealer. Carefully explain the symptoms. Do not make any assumptions to the service advisor, let him make the decisions. Mention each specific problem, including speeds at which the car vibrates and squeaks, what mode the A/C is in when it has the foul smell, and details of temperature and road condition. Drive with the service advisor, and show him the problems. Don't be rude or get upset with him when he asks you (which will seem like) dumb questions.

I've never seen a new car show all of the continuous problems that you have mentioned. Obviously, there is something amiss with the diagnosis, and repair of the problems. Car's aren't magic, and secretive. They are a combination of numerous simple systems working together to achieve something complex. A simple understanding of the individual systems will eliminate any 'secret problem'. I would be doubtful that the car is the problem, I would suspect the people involved are the problem. Whether you are not being taken seriously or they have a lack of training, I can't say, but it is easy to blame the car because the car doesn't have the ability to talk back. It cant defend itself.

Even a lemon isn't a lemon (lemon laws were written by politicians not technicians). With proper diagnosis and repair, any problem can be solved. It goes back to the saying, "Don't just fix what's broken; find out what broke it and fix it, too." I cant remember who said it, but they were definitely on to something.

Good Luck.

Cheers,
Brian.
