Call SAAB USA and explain them the problem.
The AC thing should be easy to fix, sounds like
the AC condense hoses are clugged, and maybe a
new compressor is needed, but the suspension
should not move once it is tight.
I can assure you that I don't drive in any mild
way with my Aero and that since the 1st torque
up of the rear suspension and one of the front
suspension later on... my car drives perfect.
Once the torque on these bolts is right they
don't move for around 30000 miles at least.
It seems to be that your dealer might have overtorqued
the bolts or undertorqued them, his tools might
not be calibrated properly, which is often the case.
Don't give up and make sure that you talk to
SAAB USA, just tell them about your problem
and that it seems odd that this would be that way.
Regards,
Coolknight
