I also compared the V70 T5 with the 95 Aero and after various test drives and careful study of the pros and cons decided for the Saab.
I think the Volvo is marginally bigger inside and probably caters best in terms of extras such multiple cup holdes, fold out writing trays, business centre etc etc etc but, if you you want a roomy practical wagon that is also chique (her in Europe it is), lots of fun to drive and does not look like a freezer on wheels then opt for the Saab - I did,
Oh don't be tempted by the third row of seats in the trunk - I have it as a standard feature in my current E class Mercedes but don't use it - the kids eyes get blinded by rear tailing traffic and when you think about it, can you imagine a semi running into the rear while your kids are there ! Sabb have rightly resisted this idea of a third row - safety first
