We have 10 percent ethanol in Colorado.
I use Shell V-power 91 octane (the highest available).
I did notice a slight power increase when I switched from generic to the V-power and used a can of BG 44k, and the mileage is pretty much the same, maybe consistently one or two mpgs better. It's hard to say because a little more highway driving on a given tank and the mileage goes way up. So, it's hard for me to compare.
By the way, the top tier fuels, in my opinion, are worth the extra few cents (and you can get a shell card rebate that covers the difference).
