I've installed an oil pressure/voltmeter combination gauge on my former 2000 9-5 Aero and my curent 2007 9-5 Aero.
I connected the pressure sensor to the oil pressure switch port on the back of the block through a small manifold I fabricated (to maintain the oil pressure switch functionality). I believe that this location provides more accurate readings. On both the 2000 and 2007 9-5's readings were as follows:
Cold engine: 75-83 psi at idle
Warm engine (after 30 minutes of driving):
Idle: 15-22 psi
2000 RPM: 30-36 psi
Temperature variations are due to outside temperature.
If interested, send me an email and I'll forward the detailed writeup I did with pictures.
