After watching the video my suspicion is that the fuel is not getting up to proper pressure quickly enough (it likely bleeds off overnight). Try this as an experiment tomorrow morning. Instead of turning the key directly to "start", turn it to the "on" position and wait a few seconds to let the pump fully pressurize the system, and then turn it to "start". If your problem goes away, then I would believe it is pressure related. And if that is the case I would then start researching the fuel delivery system. I don't have a WIS, but I noticed on eEuroparts.com that there is a "fuel pump check valve (feed)" listed among the fuel system parts inventory. Could be this has a role in maintaining pressure when the pump is not in operation? Because the car seems to otherwise run normally with good power after that first start (right?), it doesn't seem likely to me that the pump is bad, the gas is bad, or the filter is clogged. Hopefully, someone with more direct experience like Anders will have the exact answer.
