I took the information right from the 9-5 WIS for the steps to reset in my earlier post.
When you are facing the engine compartment the side of the throttle body housing that has the spring will be on your left.
After looking at the spring tab again, you will need to push it in to your right to clear the catch tab. Once it's clear of the catch tab you can easily turn the toothed black disc back counter-clockwise until it stops and clicks.
This click is when the toothed disc is in the proper position to engage the solenoid.
