It definitely should NOT vibrate like that. I hesitate to ask this, especially of you, but have you done the basics of engine troubleshooting like valve leakage testing and piston ring blowby testing? Are you confident that you don't have a worn camshaft lobe? Or perhaps a partially collapsed lifter?

That amplitude of vibration is hard on things like engine mounts which can lead to a self-sustaining problem. Another pair of eyes/hands can sometimes help a lot if one begins to run our of ideas and inspiration.
