You remove the tire from each wheel and reverse its direction on the wheel. Then mount them the usual way - in the direction they are supposed to turn. What was on the inside is now on the outside, and the tires turn they way they are designed. I assume that you have either
a) rotated the tires and now the inside edge is worn on all four, or
b) you only have two of the directional tires, and then naturally you "flip" only those two.
BUT- IMPORTANT -
a) By "directional, we mean that the tread has an arrow like tread pattern. There are also asymmetric tread designs, where the inside pattern is different than the outside pattern. Those can't be flipped on the rim.
2) you do need to get the camber corrected, either by using camber shims Genuine Saab or spring spacers, or both if you have an Aero with the shorter springs, and the toe in corrected if its off. Do replace any worn out bushings in the rear suspension first.
digression: Back when the Gatorback tire was first introduced by Goodyear, one the car magazines tested them and compared "forward" and "backward" traction. The difference was small but measurable.
