I would check the work. Make sure all hoses are back to original positions. Maybe you left a rag in the pipe somewhere. Who knows? You know since you did the work.
Maybe put the original throttle body back and see what happens. Hard to diagnose by me...
Keep us updated.
I read here about a new fuel pump install stumbling and jerking afterwards. Turned out someone forgot to unpeel a piece of packaging plastic on the fuel pump. They did the work again to figure it out.
