I had something similar happen to my 00 9-3, it occurred intermittently and only when things got warmer than 80 or so. Fan would run wide open with ACC set on LO, but no air coming out any of the vents, decelerate, dash or heater (floor) vents. This was guaranteed to happen when it really got hot out 95-100 degrees. You might try this as it worked for me.
Set ACC ( presume you have on your car) to LO, if no airflow, push defrost button, see if air will come out there, give it a minute or so, then switch to the foot or lower vents, give it a minute and see if you get flow there, then switch to the dash vents. You may have to go through this a couple of times to reestablish flow through the dash vents. If this works, it can get you by for awhile, but I suspect I had a flukey ACC unit or ACC controller. It never would show and error code and never did this in cool weather where the dash vents were
not utilized
I had the blend door failures on my 04 9-5 which would result on heat on one side,
Cool air on the other, once in awhile airflow would be misdirected or stop altogether, error codes were 8 and 11. Car was CPO, and it spent a month at the dealer with the dash ripped apart. This happened twice.
