There is no lower transmission mount. I think you are talking about the torque arm. this one goes forward from the trans and attaches to the body with a big mushy rubber donut thing. You should put a genuinesaab dot com poly bushing in here and not the rubber OEM thing. This one does not need any jacking of the trans normally, but installation can mean some moving things around so it all aligns.
As I remember the upper mount needs a jack because the trans hangs from this mount.
