04 Aero sedan, auto, 100k, just changed ,y oil and observed a sad lower trans mount where the rubber insert had pulled away from the top and is squashed at the bottom, probably half inch off center now. so maybe this contributes to my rough shifting and engine vibration, my thoughts are the top one is also bad and the one on the pass side is probably questionable.

Read all the archives I can find, my question is do I have to jack up the engine or transmission to replace any of these, will be doing them one at a time. And where are the best jack support points? I know a friend that destroyed the oil pan on the motor doing this, oil pan not designed to support weight of motor. If I do not have to jack the engine it would be nice.
