I am sure they need changing. eeuro or rock or others have the parts
You do have to put a jack under the engine, but YOU ARE NOT jacking up the car. You are just keeping the engine in place, you know stopping it from sagging.
You use a floor jack with a piece of wood on top to project the aluminum castings of the trans and engine. They are both pretty easy to do.
An air impact makes it fast work, but normaly rachet is fine.
Put the jack under the trans when you do that mount. finish that one up and move it over to the engine for that mount.
Relatively easy job.
