My current 2004 9-5 Aero front suspension needs...at 100k

Struts
Strut springs ( ride height 1.25" too low)
Strut mounts
Subframe bushings - 4 bad right now, front two won't last much longer
Tie rod ends
Sway bar bushings
Front end alignment, cannot be aligned as it is, too far out

Rear suspension needs...

Shocks
Springs or band aid spacer fix to save some money
Bushings at both ends of trailing arms, both sides
Sway bar bushings
Other bushings once taken apart, those will likely be found decayed as well
Rear alignment once parts replaced, rear ride height is 1.25" low now.

So even if I did all the work myself ( except alignments) good quality parts are 2k (not using any ScanTech or Monroe stuff). I know because I have already bought much of this from the same suppliers we all use here. I know this stuff is bad, shocks are blown out and
the rubber bushings are crumbling and falling apart.

My 1994 900 SE had some bad front suspension, but nothing like this at 100 k. My C900 turbos always went at least twice as long with no money spent on suension items? We have had lots of other vehicles as well as the 7 Saabs, and never had to redo this level of suspension work at 100 k, my indie says they used a bad supplier for these and some other items in 04-05 when GM really started to decontent these cars.

Also never had to replace all the motor mounts on anything at 100k, come to think of it I never had to replace even one mount on any vehicle at this mileage. My car is testimony that the bottom mount does not last forever. I just replaced all four and your are right the last one on the bottom is a pain. Collectively cost was around 400 bucks in parts and had to get all aftermarket stuff as Saab parts not available, hope this stuff holds up.
