Some don't like the 2006+ chromed headlamp surround front styling, and it took a while to grow on me, but I like it now. And I think all these cars have the "Aero engine" even if they don't have the rest of the Aero package bits and pieces.
The 2004 and later have the PCV system fixed. I 'think' that 2004 was the last year before GM's cost cutting resulted in less luxurious interiors with fewer niceties.
I had a 2000 Base and now have a 2008 Aero, both sedans. I upgraded my Base model to the full Aero suspension about two years before I sold the car. That change really tightened up the suspension which had gotten soft with age.
