IIHS ratings for my 2004 Saab 9-5. They were good overall, but not near as good as the Volvo S80.

I could see a careless green roller repair could compromise the "pressure chamber" in the door. I was real careful to seal that membrane back up with some 3M goop I had, not even thinking of preservation of the membrane seal. glad I took my time with it. Guy at work just hacked this membrane out with a utility knife. Did not bother to reseal anything.

I was thinking the side airbag deployment may have saved Les the concussion and the rotator cuff damage, then again, maybe not. I suspect the rotator cuff is going to be his biggest headache going forward. Wish you the best Les.
