Yes, you should replace the thermostat and also the ECT sensor since they are right next to each other, of low cost and that both of them can fail.
If it will cure all problems, no one knows.
Sometimes the hierarchy of how the fuel computer determines faults is kind of tricky meaning that if it senses one problem, it might not bother to look for the next problem because the first problem have priority.
So when you have fixed that problem, the fuel computer can finally keep going checking the other emission related items and maybe discover yet another problem but you won't know that until you have fixed the first in line.
