Ask them for comps on a car that is actually the same as yours. Tell them to provide actual information about cars within 250 miles that are comparable to yours.
If they aren't comparing the prices with Aeros, then they aren't offering to replace your car.
Saabsince93b is right on the target. Press the insurance company to actually do their contractual job.
A long time ago, I got nearly double the original payout offer from an insurance company after I proved to them that my car was much nicer than any of the "comps" they were using for valuation.
Unless there's significant suspension damage or frame damage, I'd look into getting a new fender and door for the car. What do they say, "better the devil you know than the devil you don't."
