I would have a good 4 wheel alignment done. Excessive toe in at the front and/or rear will ruin tires fast.
My experience is the Hankooks have soft rubber compounds and were very fast if you have any alignment problems.
Many Saab 95s have sagging rear springs and this causes excessive toe in the rear. Soft rubber compounds cup pretty easily and once it starts it will not go away. Rotating the tire to the front just makes it worse.
The take away from all this is:
1. Have the car aligned......ALL 4 WHEELS by someone who knows what they are doing.
2. us good quality tires. We have Michelins on 2 of our Aeros and they have been terrific in wear and resisting cupping [even with good alignment].
NOTE: HRide height in the rear can be raised with spacers before the alignment is done.
