Since I posted, I looked at Catera and Saturn Vue forums. An oil light on at idle seems to be a pretty common issue. Several wrote on the Catera forum that idle oil pressure should be 21 PSI (1.5 bar) hot idle. That seems pretty high to me. Several with oil light issues put on a mechanical gauge and pressure was within specs. If I'm lucky, maybe the oil sender is bad or the oil thinned out for some reason. Guess I will order a oil sending unit for now.
