I bought a well made SKTools torque wrench, 1/2" drive, from thetoolwarehouse.com for about $70 with shipping. It is american made, ball bearing design, and you can use it for anything you'll do on the Saab including wheel nuts, spark plugs, oil pan nut, etc, etc. I found that the 3/8th inch designs wouldn't handle the higher torques I needed to refit a crankshaft pulley on a Volvo (for example).
