It has been a couple of years since I gave a good detailing to the exterior of my '99 9-5 (midnight blue). Although I have never used it, I decided to buy some paint cleaning clay (Griots). The claying process is very easy and quick. Even though the car shined up nicely before, now that the surface impurities are gone the shine is even deeper. I followed up with Griots Best In Show wax. Not bad stuff, however I think Zymol gives a "wetter" looking shine. Results were so good I don't want to take it out and get it dirty.
