These are 86 ft-lbs. My source is Nick T who also checked the torque for early and 2002+ production with the change from steel hubs to aluminum. The WIS lists 86 ft-lbs for both cases.
If you change the rotors, you need to remove these bolts to get the rotor off.
The caliper bolt ends probably extend through the hub and the ends of the threads are expose to water and salt attack. I put neversieze on these to facilitate later removal. If your rotors last a few years, removing these fasteners becomes potentially difficult. So if you installed EBC's and are a commuter, perhaps these should be removed, treated and replaced as preventative maintenance. Folks who use stock pads and trash the rotors in a year or so will not have the time for this corrosion to do its thing. I don't know if these bolts have loctite from the factory or not.
